The Expedition is being led by the Expedition Team and is designed exclusively
for men based on John Eldredge's book, "Wild at Heart" and related teaching by
Ransomed Heart Ministries.
Your registration fee covers your lodging, meals (starting with Friday breakfast through Sunday lunch) and all of the teaching and materials by the Expedition team for the duration of the weekend. It also covers your participation in any adventure activities.
Your registration fee does not include travel arrangements to and from New Life Ranch.
Due to the nature and depth of the content and experience, this expedition is not designed for kids. A man must be at least 18 in order to attend.
The Expedition should not be viewed as a "father/son" event, although fathers and sons are welcome to attend the same event together if they'd like. Our recommendation, however, is that they participate in different expeditions, at least for their first experience.
After you register, you will be provided with a private web link with all the details you will
need to prepare for this event, or we will mail them to you.
Transportation We encourage attendees to carpool wherever possible and we will attempt
to connect interested parties a few weeks before the event, however Attendees are
ultimately responsible for arranging their own transportation.
Cancellations By registering for the Expedition, you are agreeing to the terms of our Wild
at Heart Expedition Cancellation Policy.

By registering for the Expedition, you are agreeing to the terms of our Expedition Cancellation Policy. Full payment is required at the time your reservation is made for this event. You may cancel your registration up to 15 days prior to the event and receive a full refund of your registration fee. You may cancel your registration less than 15 days but up to 5 days prior to the date of the event and receive a refund of your registration fee minus a $50.00 cancellation fee. In the event that you cancel your registration less than 5 days prior to the date of the event, you will forfeit the entire registration fee.
To cancel, please email email@example.com with your Name, Address, Date of Event and reason for cancellation. You may also submit your cancellation in writing to ExpeditionOK.com, 8177 South Harvard, #333, Tulsa, OK 74137. We will consider the cancellation date the date and time your email arrives in our email account or the date postmarked on your envelope and refund any registration fees, minus any application handling fees, within 10 business days, to the original credit card used for purchase or via check if paid in cash or check.
Cancellation by the Expedition Team. If the event is made impossible by any act of God, war, earthquake, fire, strike, sickness, accident, epidemic, act of government, its agencies or officers, or any other legitimate cause beyond our control, we will cancel the event and will refund your full Expedition event registration fee to you.
